Course Overview
Conflict is a natural part of working with others, but when mismanaged, it can lead to discontent or even dysfunction. This course provides participants with foundational conflict resolution skills they can apply in stakeholder engagement, team dynamics, and other interpersonal situations. The session explores the different types of conflict, helps participants understand their own conflict style through a self-assessment, and introduces essential communication techniques to manage conflict more effectively.

Course Format
This one-module course is delivered online via Zoom or as a half-day in-person workshop. Participants will complete a short reading assignment prior to the session and receive a certificate of completion upon successfully finishing the course.
