The Illuminate Learning Center offers in-person, virtual, and hybrid courses on topics such as evaluation, organizational learning, facilitation, adaptive management, applications of AI and more.

Our learners include business professionals, evaluators, facilitators, program managers, and others in the global development, humanitarian, and learning fields.
Do you offer fully custom designed learning solutions that are not listed on your catalog?
Yes. We work with organizations to co-design tailored learning experiences that meet specific capacity-building needs.
How do I procure or register for a class?
To register for one of our open enrollment offerings or to organize a special deliver for groups of 15 or more, please email us at learningcenter@illcglobal.com.
Do you offer fully custom designed learning solutions that are not listed on your catalog?
Yes. We work with organizations to co-design tailored learning experiences that meet specific capacity-building needs.
Can the courses in your catalog be “lightly” customized?
Yes, we generally offer light customization of existing courses for a fee. This customization includes a call with the instructor and a modest redesign of the course to incorporate organization- or sector-specific examples. Please reach out to learn more.
What are your course fees and payment methods?
The table below outlines the fees for Illuminate Learning Center courses. Please note that we cannot combine group discounts with multi-course discounts. Illuminate accepts the following payment methods:

- Credit cards (+ 3% processing fee)

What is your refund policy?
We incur delivery-related costs that we cannot recover when participants cancel at the last minute. We offer full refunds, minus a $100 processing fee, for cancellations received at least three weeks before the first module of the course. Refund processing may take several weeks.
We understand that personal or work-related conflicts can arise. However, we cannot issue refunds for cancellations made within three weeks of the course start date. You may transfer registration for the full course to another person within your organization up to 24 hours before the program begins. Once a course starts, we cannot transfer registrations or provide refunds or vouchers for missed modules.
What happens if Illuminate needs to cancel a class?
If Illuminate cancels a class, we will issue participants a full refund or apply a credit toward a future course, based on the participant’s preference.
Our online open-enrollment courses serve participants from around the world. For this reason, we do not cancel modules due to inclement weather or national holidays. Please confirm that you can attend all scheduled modules before registering.
